My name is Alexandra - I am a landscape photographer on a mission to capture the untamed spirit of the North. Based in Denmark, I find my greatest inspiration in the raw, dramatic, and often unpredictable elements of Nordic nature.
I don’t just take photos; I chase light off the beaten path. Whether I’m battling the elements or waiting for that one fleeting moment of 'wild' magic, my goal is to create images that feel alive. Probably mine and people’s favorite drone image I’ve ever taken in Denmark. This morning delivered truly spectacular light and I captured this scene which I’d been dreaming of for many years. A perfect moment of epic light.
A classic with a twist - minimalistic topdown view of the iconic Fellsfjara (Diamond) beach in Iceland. I love the color palette of this image and how winter snow just adds this beautiful contrast to the black sand and the small diamonds peppering the beach.
The iconic Múlagljúfur canyon in Iceland basking in sun and fog. Possibly the most otherworldly and dramatic place I’ve ever seen. A true gem of that raw and wild nature that only exists in the land of fire and ice.
